An exciting ekiden race will be held on "Yumeshima Kaido (Kamijima Town)" in the Seto Inland Sea, blowing away the mid-winter cold. Runners from both within and outside the prefecture, from islander teams to serious athlete teams, will pass the sash along a course featuring the beautiful coastlines and bridges of Yugejima and Ikina Island. The warm cheers from the islanders along the route are also one of its charms.
