Incredibly, it arrives on a special jet-black plate made from 'Kikuma Kawara' tiles, a traditional craft from our local Kikuma Town!

　

Even more surprising are the jet-black buns, kneaded with "bamboo charcoal." Sandwiched between these fragrant, toasted black buns are an extra-thick patty bursting with meaty flavor and sweet, local fresh vegetables.

　

Take a bite, and the intense deliciousness hits your brain so hard you forget about the overflowing juices getting on your hands and mouth. The "Demi-Tama Burger", made with fresh local Kikuma eggs, also features a rich, runny yolk intertwined with juicy meat... just thinking about it makes my stomach rumble!

This cafe, in fact, was created by a group of spatial design professionals called "COLOR KNOT", who handle home repairs in Ehime, with the passionate desire to create "a place beloved by the community".

　
That's why the interior, predominantly white with warm orange accents, is sophisticated and exceptionally comfortable from every angle. On a sunny day, the terrace seats are highly recommended, where you can feel the sea breeze with your beloved dog!
