A traditional Setsubun event at Kikuma Henjoin Temple, known as 'Yakuyoke Daishi' (Evil-Warding Master) and said to have been founded by Kobo Daishi. It bustles with many worshippers praying for protection from evil, and local specialty food stalls line the surroundings.
